Fixed fee bands
All fees quoted include VAT at the current rate. The exact fee will depend on the complexity of your case and will always be agreed and confirmed in writing before we begin work.
What's included
Disbursements
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as court fees or fees for expert reports. Where these apply to your case, we will identify them separately and obtain your agreement before they are incurred.
Key stages and timescales
Timescales depend on the Court's listing and the nature of your case. Most summary motoring matters are concluded within one to three hearings.
