Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing a high quality service to all our clients. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received, we want to hear about it so we can put things right.

Our commitment

Every client is entitled to a high standard of service. Should a problem arise, we operate a clear, fair complaints procedure in line with the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), and will not charge you for making a complaint.

Step 1: Talk to us first

In the first instance, please raise your concern with the solicitor or member of staff handling your matter. Many concerns can be resolved quickly and informally at this stage.

Step 2: Make a formal complaint

If you would prefer to make a formal complaint, please contact our Client Care Partner in writing, by email or by phone:

Complaints about our conduct

If your complaint is about a breach of the SRA Standards and Regulations, rather than the level of service you received, you may also raise this with the Solicitors Regulation Authority at www.sra.org.uk.
